Just wanted to complain about the Jack in the Box in the city of Lynwood CA. I asked the person at the drive thru to give me 4 orders of tacos, he gave me 4 tacos and the meat and fries were very cold. Very disappointed. He needs to be trained better and pay attention. I went Clearlake Jack In The Box #3490 2/12/2023 at 1:05 am and the receipt Emp Juan. My wife ordered a Sourdough Jack. The Sourdough Jack was cold. She did not open until we were on way home and she opened her wrapped Sourdough and she commented the her Sourdough was cold. I checked her request and “yes” her Sourdough was cold. I did not want go back because I was unsatisfied loyal customer. I notice that the other customers asked our food was cold. I replied yes. I am a loyal Jack In The Box customer and was unsatisfied and would like the employee or employees to serve warm meals. This is not acceptable fir any restaurant to serve cold food to any customer. Again I am loyal Jack In The Box customer.

My son went to the Tigard, Oregon store. When he went to pay with my debit card, there was no box to insert the card.The female employee took the card through the drive up window into tne store. He had driven straight to this outlet from our house and came straight home. Three hours later two illegal charges where attempted using my card. He never got out of the car and has a RFID wallet. I have tried to call the store manager to no avail, the phone rings twice and no one ever answers.You do the math!!!

Jack-in-the-Box always messes shit up and used to be able to get my regular chicken sandwich crispy now they make it hot and spicy and I asked without the hot and spicy and they always give me grilled chicken dumb ass workers or sister. What a joke I’ll never come back . Corporate you suck a big one

I grew up in the mid seventies, I loved the scrambled eggs platter! It came with scrambled eggs, two English muffins,hash browns, and bacon or sausage.. Can please bring it back, I know you have a breakfast platter but it’s just not the same! Here is another one of my favorites the Bean and cheese flour tortilla deep fried burrito, and Jack you have to also bring back the mobie jack.. And for the kids how about bringing back the jack in the box figures, the was Jack, Secret sauce man, French fri boy, Onion ring… So please bring them all back, so we can have a taste of the past Jack! I would really appreciate it if you could send me some free jack in the box figures and food coupons for my whole family and my grandchildren.. Thanks Jack

How do I get ahold of someone at corporate for a complaint?
I recently visited the Jack in the Box at:14039 Hwy 8 Business, El Cajon, CA 92021 on 6/15/23 at about 620pm. Brittan was working the window, and Theresa was the shift manager. When I went to pay, I gave Brittan my Debit card and she asked “can I have your pin number?” I stated NO, why would you ask for that? she stated “my manager wants us to ask for it, we do not allow customers to put their number in we have to do it.” This is not acceptable by any means. There is something NOT right here and I feel something bigger is going on. I spoke with Omar today 6/16/23 who identified as a supervisor and told him my concerns, he stated that he would talk with the manager that will be there in about 30 min and will discuss the concerns. Not sure what kind of Scam is going on but it has to STOP!!!!!! Is this who you want representing your company??? UNBELIEVABLE. I have made a fraud complaint with Law Enforcement
