My case number is TSCO400857. To this date my case has not been resolved. Your manager at this store named Ken was not helpful at all. When I tried to explain the problem, he started talking about how he felt and what he thought and what he believed. He also said tractor supply was no longer allowing customers to buy broken product unless you had a rescue number. He believed the store would pay less taxes. If you want to pay less taxes I will help you out and take my 15,000 dollars a year business elsewhere. I do not like to be talked over and treated like I am an inconvenience to him. Other people in the store treat me fine. I will not be a regular customer, nor will I recommend any tractor supply store in the future. Fire him and I will bring my business back. The feed store down the street greets me with a big smile and how can I help you.
