Additional locations are currently under development in Kentucky, Mississippi, Tennessee and South Carolina. Plans for an additional location in North Carolina were shelved in early 2021.

Not a happy customer;
I visit Buc-ee’s in Birmingham, Al , off of 20/59.
On, Saturday, April 29, 2023 approximately 4::30, 5:00 pm
I was impress with the store and the employee’s were very nice, and courteous.
However the food items I purchased were not,
My sandwich, Brisket, which was already pre made, made a very bad choice, when I arrived home, I was so excited, so I took this big bite,
My mouth was consume with fat, I immediately spit it out, so I open thinking I was take out all of the fat, not so 80% of my sandwich was fat..🤦🏾♀️
2 I purchase Buc - o’s, snack Rings
I didn’t get the first bag, however, thinking I was getting a good bag, wrong.. about four rings the remain chips🤦🏾♀️
First visit food a 0 out of 10.

Bucees has always been good until now!!!!!! May 11, 2023 shopped at the Warner Robbins store in Georgia. Purchased a BBQ chopped brisket sandwich. On down the road, found that there was little to NO met mostly bun. You have increased the price of the sandwich substantially. Is it too little to expect a deserving item for the price? Over the years I've bragged on Bucce's NO MORE!!! Now I try and call customer service and get told to go to a website which does not allow me to find and write anyone. Bucce's customer service has disappeared. You do not need to save my name as I will not be commenting again. Your customer service SUCKS!!! I know this falls on deaf ears and eyes, but that's a sign of the times, give us your money and leave attitude.

We need a Buc-ee's here in Roanoke Rapids, NC. This is a great location, we are on I95 20 miles from the Virginia stat line. There are lots of commercial lands here. The next Buc-ee's going south is in SC.
When are you coming to New England - Massachusetts?
