I placed an order on 6/14/23 @ 5pm. I did not receive it until 7:30pm. I made another meal and ate before the driver arrived. The girl taking my order had no idea what she was doing. Then I called and asked for the manager. The “manager” took over and asked me 3x’s how I was paying. I told her my address 3x’s. The third phone call to the manager I was told the sandwich was sitting there and they delivered it to the wrong house. They would send it right out. Why would I want a sandwich that was sitting there for 2 hours?? They also kept calling me Eric. I am a female??? They need some help at that location. I was sitting on my porch waiting and my neighbor said she has trouble with this location all the time. I am done….many other options out there.
