I placed a complaint with one of your personnel today, #33217255. I would like you people to hear about it as well. I placed an order for a lawn tractor on 7/3/23 at the Seabrook, NH store. I was told it would be available between 7/6 or 7/7. I called for its delivery status on 7/7. I was told it was pushed out to 7/10. Called on 7/10 to be told it would be delayed until 7/11. Was told it was in Methuen, Ma. on 7/8 and would in all likelihood be in on 7/11 and was on a private carriers truck. Nobody has tried to call that carrier to find out when they will deliver to the store. Tomorrow, 7/12, I will personally go to the Seabrook store and plan to raise hell. I am a contractor and will place all future business with Lowes. After 4 pushbacks, I am fed up with Home Depot. It appears you care less about situations such as this.
