I would like to know why is it that the bathroom here in Hondo,Texas is ALWAYS locked with an out or order sign attached to the door?
Parking lot looks a mess< trash can window cleaner solution stinks and cans are always full and dirty, gas pumps base always nasty with debris, candies, chips and treats are always filthy, when you grab them they are dusty as if those areas never get dusted yet there's ALWAYS the manager and assistant manager out in the back smoking while customers are standing waiting to be tended too so we leave the it is that we see that they are BOTH in the back away from view of the camera smoking, we can leave come back and they are still outside smoking, assistant manager Liz can be extremely rude but many of us customers have seen that the store manager was extremely mean to a certain hispanic worker and that is so wrong then she would talk bad of her to us the customers and that is so wrong in many levels.
Why is this allowed to happen and now that they finally succeeded in getting rid of her (HOW THEY SAID THEY PLANNED TOO) they talk bad of her to certain customers yet she WAS the ONLY one that you would see sweeping the parking lot, wiping down the candies, chips and treats and cleaning the automotive section while no one else did.
There is so much that is not being looked at and store manager allows it to happen, someone really needs to look into this store here in Hondo Texas.
