I’d like to discuss a concept with the VP of Culver’s Marketing when they have some time. It involves a real life situation at one of your locations

Plz bring back the green beans..they were so flavorful, broccoli extremely bland.

Concerning the Culver’s restaurant in Waite Park, Minnesota. Something has gone terribly wrong. The last several times I have eaten there the burgers have been dry and almost cold. This has been my go – to place for years (no more) the management was no help at all. Very disappointing.

We have gone from being at least a once a week regular customer – often times with family and/or friends… and often purchased gift cards… to never again since you switched to coke. Hope it’s what you were looking for on your P&L.

Disappointed today @ store #587 in Payson, Arizona. The butter burger was dry, overcooked & this location no longer accepts coupons that were “never” to expire. Managers only comment was ” new management”? Sad to see Culver’s evolve like this.

I was given a receipt that says I can register and get a free cone next purchase Can’t do that on your TELLCULVERS.com site -throws so many errors after trying 4 times I quit also have two pull tabs off a cup from last visit Put a QR code on your cups and save us all the “”pia”” of trying to get on your site for stuff…..unless that intentional?

My wife and I eat probably once a week at Culvers in Mason, Ohio for she is an ER Nurse up the street at UC Health Hospital. Most of the time the food is very good but last night I ordered a fish sandwich with onion rings and she wanted a loaded single cheeseburger. i am not one to clog the drive thru and go thru the bab to see if the order is correct. Her chesseburger was a single with nothing on it and to be honest it did not look edible and it was old looking. My fish sandwich look a single fish stick on a bun. The bun dwarfed the slight piece of fish. I tried to call the store 3 times with no answer plus2 of the 3 tries someone picked up the phone and hung up, hence my complaint. Not sure if we will ever order food from Culvers again. Have a good weekend. Jeff Bentley
