I was charged for a full nights stay even though I canceled my reservation! I was told that I was being charged because I was apart of group! I shouldn’t have been charged and I want my full refund! This is an absolute money grab by you guys and it’s completely unacceptable for multimillion dollar corporation to behave that way! I expect an immediate response and refund within the next 7-10 business days!

Hear yeah. The manager charged me 160$ and I been fighting to get my money back. It’s not even about the money. It’s about the principal. U stoled my money. I loved the employees there but the manager is a crook and he’s a asshole. I enjoy my stay until the trash manager came in and he was a asshole. (Think his name was Mike). He is very unprofessional. Want to put a heads up for sam but he had no control of the situation. My wife and I travel a lot and I thought this was going to be our place to stay. And I will blast the Hampton inn suites in Albuquerque airport until I get my money back. Don’t stay here they will screw you
