I have been a customer to Embassy Suites many times before in my life time and have always been happy since before Covid-19.
Well, I went to my grand nieces’ wedding August 25, 26, 27, 2023 in Lincoln Nebraska I was disappointed and no happy to have gotten bitten by some pesty bug while sleeping 2 nights there in room 307 that I checked out a day before. I mentioned it to the lobby staff and spoke with the manager and that he would get back with me. They waited to charge me. They never called me and I got charged the rate that I was told to begin with.
Oh, and the complementary drinks reception was different compared to what I remember the last time I had been to one in Austin TX. We got two drinks but there were no small bite like appetizers like before only potato chips and mix trail. What happened?
