Why is it every time I come to chilis or in Lake Charles, or San Antonio or anywhere along i10 I can never get a cup of coffee. The wait staff always says they are out or there isn’t any made . This is unacceptable . Not everyone wants beer with their meal

I recently brought my family to chillis on 528 in rio rancho.nm. 4 adults and 1 child. it was 2:00 pm on friday the 9th of june. we walked in and was greeted by a young hostess. there was only like one or 2 tables being served, bar area had a few . but basically it wasn’t very busy. We saw a few waitresses sitting on putting together silverware packages. when asked to be seated where we were told rudely that she had to ask waitresses how long of a wait. mind you we can see restaurant seating was basically empty. she came back after few minutes and wss told there was a long wait. I live in neighborhood and have frequently went here. It will be my last time i will ever go there. To be honest we felt like they were just trying to get to leave. which we did

I visited you Chili’s in West Chester, Ohio on Saturday. I ordered a 3For item. You cut the number of chicken tenders to 3, and took the corn away. My order of french fries was small. My wife had a salad and it was about 1/3 smaller. I would rather you raise the prices then decimate the item size wise. I eat with a men’s group at least once a month. The group was taken back and we plan not to eat there anymore.

I have purchased the $50 gift cards now for several years and received the $10 e-bonus cards. The past 3 visits to the local – Lake Jackson, TX store, I’ve encountered a lot of problems in using them.
The cashiers are NOT properly trained to enter the printed out copy.
Today’s visit was the worst yet – the cashier didn’t know how to enter the $10 e-bonus card copy. My order was for $14 and the balance ($4.00) I wished to be taken from my plastic gift card.
First, he was confused and ended up taking the whole amount from the gift card – then he couldn’t get that refunded to the gift card and use the $10 e-card. The manager was too busy to came assist him while my food was getting cold (carry-out order).
After what seemed like 20 minutes, I requested a the ice cream be replaced since it was melting. The manager finally showed up a sorted it out. So I did get a fresh ice cream but the sandwich had gotten cold by the time I got home ( 5 minutes away).
So this is the THIRD time I have had issues using the e-bonus cards..
In the future would it be possible to get plastic cards instead of the e-cards since the cashiers are NOT properly trained to deal with a printed out copy?? I do not use a cell phone so do not have access to any apps.
Thank you for your assistance..

Hello,
I hope you’re doing well. I just wanted to share my recent experience at Chilis Grill & Bar at 739 W Dekalb Pike, King of Prussia, PA 19406 with you. On the evening of Sunday July 30th, around 9:30pm to 10pm, I stopped by and placed an order a to-go order at the bar. I had a Santé Fe salad with added shrimp and sliders without bacon or pork. While waiting for my order, I had a few nice chats with the bartender, who was multitasking between the bar and the tables.
The wait for my food was around 20 minutes, but when it was ready, there seemed to be a mix-up with the order. The bartender couldn’t locate my food order or receipt in the system, which led to another 10-minute wait. Eventually, the manager got involved, but unfortunately, they couldn’t find the order in the system either. To resolve the situation, they re-rang the order, instructed the cook not to prepare it, and I paid for my meal before leaving.
When I got home and started to enjoy my food, I realized there was bacon on my sliders, which wasn’t what I had requested. I decided to give Chilis a call and spoke with the bartender, who then put me through to the manager. The manager was apologetic for the long wait and assured me they would refund the entire amount for my order.
I patiently waited for more than seven business days to allow time for the refund to process, but unfortunately, I never received it. On August 13th, at around 4:30pm, I called the store again and spoke to another manager. I recounted the entire situation and mentioned that the bartender was a Hispanic lady (at least I thought so) and the manager was a well-dressed Caucasian male (my assumption as I never had any close encounters with him). Surprisingly, this manager claimed they had no knowledge of the incident and couldn’t find any records. He also said that they have no employees matching my descriptions.
I provided the specific charge details from my card statement, which showed the transaction at Chilis Grill & Bar #18/King of Prussia on July 31, 2023, along with the confirmation number: 30285485919. Despite this, the manager remained adamant that there was no order or record. I suggested checking security camera footage and even offered to visit in person with my account statement, but the manager dismissed these options. He advised me to call back on Wednesday night when a different manager might be able to assist.
To be honest, I’m feeling quite frustrated by this entire situation. The way I was treated on August 13th was really disappointing. I’ve even considered sharing my experience publicly, not out of anger, but just to raise awareness about the challenges I faced and decided to simply send an email in hoping that my situation will be resolved without all the public publicity. It’s disheartening to think that a simple issue like this could escalate to such a level of disbelief and lack of assistance.
I’m writing to request your assistance in investigating this incident and helping to resolve the issue. I genuinely believe that there was a misunderstanding, and I’d appreciate any effort to clarify the matter. Additionally, I believe some training in customer service might benefit the new manager, as I never felt valued or heard during our conversation. Your help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you for your time and understanding.
Best regards,
Charlita Allen-White
