Hello I had made orderd Thursday early before 12 in the afternoon, either way wake up today (Friday) check my emails and my order hasn’t even moved, contact someone online (crystal) told me I gotta wait till Monday for it to be mailed was very rude then when I went to give feed back on how rude she was she quickly ended the chat to where I couldn’t finish my review, had all day Thursday to get my order together seeing I orderd early then had all of Friday to ship it, why make people wait that long just for it to be shipped and for anyone reading thus FedEx and ups ships on the weekend so don’t let them get away with this business days crap this ain’t the 90’s anymore, but I digress this is unacceptable to be this slow

On June 15, 2023, I reported to your store in Waldorf Maryland due to an e-mail notice to take advantage of a store HOTDEAL sale to purchase $2.99 wallflower refills. Upon arriving at the store and picking up the ones of choice I learned by some very fine print that there were selected fragrances to choose from and my favorite was not among the choices, I was somewhat dismissed and asked to speak to a manager who advise it was in the fine print. I left the store frustrated because it appeared to be a deceptive practice. If it was your intent to exclude certain products from the sale, why not be transparent to list that in the sales notice so that your patrons would know that up front and not waste their time and resources traveling to the store just to leave empty-handed because of the fine print? This is not the best customer service or best business practices. Be clear upfront!!

I received 3 e-gift cards as a gift. The pin codes wouldn’t work. They kept saying invalid. I contacted customer service and they just kept sending me to other representatives and even executive leadership team members who were absolutely rude and not helpful at all. If I was on chat they’d close the chat to end it without any warning! I told them it’s stated in their terms and conditions that if the card is lost, stolen or damaged they will replace it with the amount on the card when it’s reported. I told them clearly it’s damaged and I want replacement cards as their policy states. They talked to their executive leadership team and then ended the chat suddenly! It literally states they have to and refused! They were absolutely rude and not helpful at all! If this card is lost, stolen or destroyed, BBW or WB will replace it with the value of the card at the time replacement is requested if you provide the card number.
