I applied for a position at your Whiteville NC store. Arrived and regional manager Larry Hughes had me to complete a employment application. After completing application he ask me to return following day. I returned and Larry wasn’t present so I talk to General Manager of store he advised me that they could not find my application thinking he will have me to complete another application, he didn’t. He proceeded to semi-interview me five minutes tops. After that he said “well if you don’t hear from Cook-Out in a week then we decided not to move on in hiring process. How could you proceed when my application when it was not found and I wasn’t asked to fill out another application. Before that I was a loyal customer. Since that situation I haven’t been back. Nothing about that brief encounter was professional.
