I want a refund for dentures from you. I have suffered through so much inadequate practices from this company. I am still wearing a temporary denture , after months of incompetence. Furthermore, I have left numerous messages for Tim, manager of the Daphne, Alabama office, who insisted that I only had to speak to him, and everything would be handled. I have been going through this for months, and I am through with you. I want my money back so I can see a real dentist. Do not make me have to ask twice, or I will find a lawyer, and most likely, file class action suit. I am tired of being ignored.

I’m in the same boat. The surgeon broke my lower jaw in two places and the nerve in my lower jaw was damaged and I can’t feel the right side. I had another surgeon look at it from Aspen and she said I didn’t pay to have the bones trimmed and smoothed. I DID! She then said she would preform the needed surgery. Numerous calls were made and return calls were never made. All the way to the director.
I had it done after she lied and said she didn’t tell me the other surgeon screwed me up. Now three weeks post surgery I have made several calls and left messages. Now there is confusion what office I need to go to. Do I go to the office with more caring employees or do I return to the one where people are rude, makes it sound like this is all my fault… I should have called in or stopped. I’ve been embarrassed to even go out of my house for months. Also, who wants to go to a dental office where they have signs posted asking people to not spit on the floor or clip their fingernails. I wanted to vomit.

Which dental office did you go to? As I have went to an Aspen Dental Office in Battle Creek and it’s been quite a negative experience going into 15 months later and still not a proper denture to wear. Am told that in 2 more visits I’ll have proper dentures to wear. However I have lost faith in their ability to produce a denture I’ll ever be able to wear. Not to mention the cost i endured, for which I had to save to afford to begin with. I’m thinking if my dentures are not made properly in the next 2 visits I’ll be considering legal action as well.

I recently went to your Midland MI office for a TOOTH EXTRACTION ONLY. I left with said tooth still intact and a bill to a credit card company for almost $1000! I am contacting the Better Business Bureau to discuss action against your company. I only wanted a tooth extracted and instead was told and duped into signing papers that some fast talking woman that you employ talked me into against my better judgement. Furthermore, I was told, and I repeat, ” I think you need to use an electronic toothbrush. I am sending you hone with one.” I was charged $125.00 for this toothbrush without being told that I would be. I will be contacting your manager at this office as well as the Care Credit company that she MADE ME UNWILLINGLY sign up for very soon to have a refund of this charge for things I have not agreed to reversed. If it is not, I shall contact my lawyer and gave it reversed and your company tarnished for the rest of the Midland MI community. I would like this done immediately!

This company has become the laughing stock of the dentistry world. I was a client in the original Syracuse NY area and everything was pretty good. I moved away from the area and kept Aspen Dental as my dentist. What a mistake!!!!!! Not only do they cancel appointments on you or change times after you already confirm the time and date, they screw up procedures so you have to keep coming back. That’s what everyone wants? Right? 4 attempts at a crown, on the same tooth! Then there’s the billing Department. Good Lord!!! never put new insurance in properly so they billed me several times on the same procedure, then it took going in twice with bank statements to prove I had paid them and now I’m trapped. Going in for the 5th time on this one crown.

They tried the same thing with us told us we had peritonitis and had to have deep cleaning I told him I wasn’t doing no such thing I was going for a second opinion we got our second opinion yesterday me or my husband does not have that and does not need deep cleaning. If you could get a bunch of people together and contact me I can talk to my attorney and she will file a class action lawsuit against them. We need to stop them they charged a friend of mine $7,000 just to pull out wisdom teeth. This was a friend that doesn’t understand stuff most of his family’s autistic. I faill to understand how Aspen Dental can accept my insurance when I called to make an appointment, do complete set of x-ray’s under my present insurance, yet afterwards they aren’t “in network”? This boggles my mind. If you aren’t “in network” then how do you expect to bill for x-ray’s and get paid?

If my dogs had a problem with their teeth I would not go there. This place is all about getting your money and NOT providing proper dental care.

I went to Aspen dental in Elyria, OH. They made my temporary dentures which were not made right. Dentist refuses to listen to me or remake them, he said they can be relined. Problem is the bite is wrong and it’s so curved it doesn’t fit my mouth. I can’t even bite down on them. Tried filing them down some and he won’t do it anymore which it needs to be done because if he files too much they won’t fit right. I understand that but it still can be filed down some more so it doesn’t go into my gums. If I was the dentist I would be embarrassed to even try to put them in a patients mouth. They look horrible and such a bad job in making them.

Went to aspen dental Lincolnton nc. Got tricked into a hard credit for a medical card. Then a month later after being charged they got me in. I got fitted for a crown and the lady dentist or intern butchered my gum. Grinded a chunk of my gum down did say anything bout the mishap I went home in pain. Called them back the next day they set me an alarm up for 8days later so I went to the doctor the gave me antibiotics and ibuprofen 800. And the temp crown they put in is to big and and very uncomfortable. All they want to do is take money. A class’ act is needed . This place needs to be put out of business!!!!!!

I need assistance in dealing with your Griffin Georgia location for Dr. T. Williams. I called another location to get help and have been advised they have banned me from all Aspens. They sent me home yesterday after pulling all the top and half of the bottom and i and supposed just go to another office and pay again.

I understand your frustrations both & top & bottom dentures did , in 2/2022, with the top only a few issues, but made it thur, this time 3/2023 I had to get the bottom denture repaired,the manager said they would refund me my money back if I was not satisffied, not once did I ask for my money back, she repeatley told me that,when I went there this last time she said the same thing, I told her I just wanted them to be fixed right.I was not offered the option to see the dentis for her to see what she could do to make them fit comfortable in my mouth, & for some reason they don’t try to fix the issues there they always have to replace them with a new denture ? She told me that after 4 attempts she was going to have to give me a refund, your purpose is to correct the problem , and aif you were giving me a refund of what I pd for the dentures, why am I not getting the full refund, scamped .I was also not made aware of a $220.00 charge if they had to fix your denture, but I also pd. for a warranty on my dentures, I will never recommend or refer anyone to go there, so now I have to start over getting a bottom denture.I am very disappointed & dissatisfied in the services I received, because all they had to do was adjust them, & she asked me what else could she do, and I told her to fix them right !

Oh I know to well I was given a temporary bottom parcel and it was like being torched I couldn’t even talk right they broke at least 12 or 13 times in half. I believe they had a weak spot because they were not right and had to have a tooth added . They broke one time eating a recee cup anyway every time they fixed them they got wider and it didn’t really fit any more and if I ate anything at all they came out . Nothing but problems . Anyway I wasn’t even sure if I wanted them to make my denture if I was having so many problems with the temporary. Anyway they broke again so I decided to move forward. Now they want almost a thousand dollars more on something I was led to believe was paid for.And they want 200.00 dollars to fix my temporary . If it had been made correctly wouldn’t be braking why should I pay for their mistakes.Im very upset with this business and wish I had gone anywhere else but there . How do you go into work without teeth how degrading can you get, it really makes me mad .

I wish I had found this site before I when to Aspen in Prattville Al they was suppose to make full top dentures instead after all x-rays and pulling all teeth on top told me could not fill in on one tooth which was the main tooth tat was missing. They said would refund me but in stead said I had to only pay $400 just for actually pulling the teeth but of course they deducted the $400 from my bill and still charged me for everything else. I cannot believe tell you how much emotional stress this has effected me. I have no teeth and don’t know when I can get in to see someone to fix this mess.

Going through hell to get a refund hackettstown office lies as well as corporate office 24-48 hours for call back it’s been 4 days. Going to file complaint with better business bureau and call credit card company. Maybe even 7 on your side let the media tear them up

I went to Aspen dental in Lewiston Idaho and the office manager is rude, I told them time and time again that I’m allergic to mint and they continue to use it my lips and mouth we’re swollen for weeks, and I told them again the office manager said if I don’t like it go somewhere else, after they were paid twelve thousand dollars, they need to close this place down, if this continues I’m going to have a law suit against them.

Office, Harrisonburg, VA . They had a gentleman that was on the job training for 3 months, and he tried hard to make a denture but he didn’t have the training. I went there for several months and he just couldn’t get it right. The doctor assured me that it would be nice. The front teeth were not centered so he tried again. Finally they made me leave their office, the office manager stated that they would not do any more services for me, and made me leave. I was shocked and then of course I still get a bill.

I am not happy with his teeth they run my mouth. I can’t keep them in the bottom teeth don’t fit at all that and I they do nothing with the bottom ones there is black stuff. All of my bottom ones I never wore because I don’t stay in. I have showed him and she said nothing, I want my money back what is just some of it because proponent teeth keep that but I want some of my money back if you can’t give me some give it all I should have my permanent teeth already. It’s gonna be almost 6 months and I’m not have my permanent teeth yet , they keep putting stuff on it inside. I want my money back.

This is the 3rd top denture and it is not right. The bottoms were fine until they were messing around with them and dropped and broke them, now I have bottoms that look like a ballerina’s skirt. Have been calling the Arden NC office for 4 months now to set up an appointment to come in and get them fixed. I see now why they want you to schedule your first appointment online, they don’t return calls. I’ve had the aortic valve in my heart replaced without cracking my chest open and they can not make a decent set of dentures. The dentures I am wearing are 20 years old and there are worn down to nothing. but they still fit so why can they not make a set that does?

The Aspen dental in Warner Robins Georgia hasn’t sent the information that the insurance company is requesting to pay their portion of my claim. They have every excuse in the world and after 6 months my claims are still being denied because of this, so technically this makes me responsible for the whole bill of which I’m starting to wonder if the charges are legitimate. I am somewhat relieved to have found these reviews although most are worse than what I’ve experienced. I would love to join in a class action lawsuit against these incompetents. I am searching for any legal option available. I will also contact the BBB in our area. The administrative staff seems to think my repeated visits are funny and seems to enjoy taking me in circles. They keep blaming the corporate office. That is what prompted me to investigate via internet. I am appalled at what I am seeing in these awful reviews.

I am KiSherri Brown, I called today to reschedule my appointment for 24 August 2023 because I received a call from your office today stating that I needed to call and reschedule my appointment to a time when the doctor would be in. I understand people have emergencies and things come up, therefore, I have no issue with rescheduling. I called your office today at 4:42 PM and Nesha answered the phone and immediately put me on hold, that wasn’t a problem at all. The problem lies where she continued to send me to hold multiple times for 15 minutes until you all closed and when she put me back on hold the final time the recording stated that I needed to call back during normal business hours. I did call during normal business hours and it was very unprofessional for Nesha to continue to put me on hold for 15 minutes and not even check back to see if I was still there and inform me that she would be with me shortly. This was an intentional thing that she has done and not the first unprofessional experience I have had with her. I would like for this to be reconciled, I need to reschedule my appointment as soon as possible. I will not be able to wait another 6 months. The quicker I can get my tooth put in the sooner you all will not have to deal with me as a patient. I have paid for my services and I would like to get them done. I am trying my best to be cordial and handle this with poise, but your receptionist or (whatever her position is) Nesha is making this really hard. I will be contacting corporate about this and her continued disrespect agiain to paying customers and her lack of professionalism. This is horrible I saw one of the comments went to the same place that we went to. But just want to let you know I sent all these comments to my lawyer friend. This place definitely needs to be taken down I reported them to my insurance company for bogus diagnosis and bogus charges. If everybody pulls together I think we can stop Aspen Dental and close them down.
