I am disappointed with Billing and their administrative accounting. I was told that I NEVER paid for my rental and because it was towed and etc. I will have to pay the amount. Now, I was the person who called the vehicle in and told them when I know where the vehicle is I will call Budget and let them know. The representative was talking to me as if I am not a responsible adult. Now, I am not the only customer that has have extenuated circumstances, for one. Two, by my continued communication regarding this should show I am at least trying and not falling from the face of the earth. I am offended. Like I kept telling the lady the amount charged to me is wrong. Budget kept withdrawing my account on a weekly basis and this representative said NO….And my response was that for her not to ask for ANY documentation to account for this is just a horrible action of customer service. Regardless I am a very good customer and have followed what was suggested for me to do from the Bell Road location, and now for them to NOT follow up is just horrible. Plus, now, the HOLDS that Budget places on a card or a financial institution is not visible. I do not understand what is going on but the answers are not adding up to the deposits that were made weekly plus the text messages received from my bank stating withdrawals and holds from Budget.

My last rental was at the DTW Airport location. We had a few questions about the return Hours opening. We made 3 calls to the office number and each time it was redirected to your call center. Each time the answers were different as to when DTW was open and how we could return the car {or not}. Never could we just speak to a local person or be transferred back to DTW office.. Even your website stated that the hours of operation was from 6am until 12:01 am with no other way to drop off the car before 6:00 am offered? So we had to drive to Airport a day early just to get an answer. Not the best customer Service…….

The place is a joke. It’s the blind leading the blind. Do yourself a favor and stay away. If there are any issues you are toast.
