United States, needs to SUBSTITUTE ALL THE CUSTOMER SERVICES EMPLOYEES INCLUDING THE CUSTOMERS SERVICES MANAGER, THEY ARE VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL “THE WORST SITUATION WAS WHEN I CONTACTED THE STORE MANAGER, NOT ONE TAKES RESPONSIBILITY ASKED SEVERAL TIME FOR THE STORE MANAGER, THE CUSTOMERS SERVICES MANAGER WAS THERE, TALKING TO ME AS AN EMPLOYEE, AND TREATED ME AS HER EMPLOYEE TELLING ME IN RUDE MANNERED STOP TO USE MY HANDS WHEN I TALK TO HER , SHE DOES NOT KNOW THE DIFFERENT SHAKE THE HAND WITH TO POINT WITH THE HAND NOT MATTER, IS USE THE VIOLENCE WITH USIND THE HAND. I AM ARE A 63 YEARS OLD WOMAN, CUSTOMER AND CITIZEN, WHO NEEDS TO BE TREATED WITH RESPECT. IF YOU USE CAMARA YOU WILL SEE THE WAY SHE WAS TALKING TO ME AND THE PERSON AT THE CUSTOMERS SERVICES DESK CONTINUE WITH THE SAME BEHAVIOR PRETENDING TEACH ME WHAT SAID AND THE WAY BOTH OF THEM “Forget what’s customers services. BOTH WAS INTIMIDATED AND DISRESPECTFUL THEY ACTING AS A GANG WITH OTHERS EMPLOYEE. THE STARTED WHEN I TRIED TO PAY AT THE CUSTOMERS SERVICES DESK SOME PRODUCTS AND THE EMPLOYEE REFUSED TO TAKE CARE OF ME BECAUSE I HAVEN MORE THAN THREE PRODUCTS TO PAY AND SAY “THAT IS THE STORE POLICY “ AND SHE NEVER INDICATED WHERR ARE THAT POLICY. WHEN THE PERSON WHO NEVER IDENTIFY AS THE CUSTOMERS SERVICES MANAGER SAID TO HER TO ACEPTS THE PAIMENT THE THE YOUNG WOMAN WHO CAN BE MY GRANDCHILD STARTED TO SAID THE SAME THING TO ME, AS THE CUSTOMERS SERVICES MANAGER DISRESPECTFUL, RUDE AND NASTY. WHEN ASKED HER TO CALL THE STORE MANAGER AT THAT MOMENT I KNOW THAT THE LONG HEARS BLAK AMERICAN WAS THE CUSTOMERS SERVICES MANAGER AND THE STORE MANAGER LEFT FOR THE DAY.. Instead to asking me what was the wrong or the situation left me alone. I asked where said that? I has been your customer for more than 18 years. I FEEL IN YOUR STORES HAVE BEHAVIOR VERY CLEAR AGAIN MINORITY GROUP AND NOT TRAINED YOUR PERSONAL WELL FOR CUSTOMERS SERVICES AND MY CASE THE MANAGER WAS CHEATING AND DISRESPECTFUL. THIS SITUATION HAVE TO BE TAKING CARE AND LISENT THE CUSTOMERS AT THE SAME TIME SUPERVISE THE EMPLOYEE NOT MAKE A GANG INSIDE THE STORE. THE RUDE CANNOT BE PROMOTE BY THE STORE MANAGER AND EMPLOYEE.
