My name is Elsie Pemberton, I shop at Giant on Arliss Street in Silver Spring, Maryland and have never had any problems.
Yesterday (2/23/2023) I bought 2 pack of Oxtail which are kind of hard to come by.
I paid $ 28.50 for the 2 pack which I thought was expensive.
I cooked them for about two and a half hours and eating them is like chewing cardboard.
I know I will not be reimbursed but like to inform you of the awful meat I bought at Giant

Hello,
I would like to take this opportunity to commend three of your employees located at the Giant Food Store located on 3500 N.W. Crain Highway in Bowie, MD 20716. I frequent this store on a monthly basis to due my monthly shopping and to pick up my medications. Doing my checkout experience I was given the utmost courteous and rewarding experience. I have a very bad back and these young ladies bagged and carted my groceries without any hesitation. They were professional, and took extra care to bag my groceries as I had requested. It is not every day that employees get a pat on the back for a job well done. I was in the medical profession for 35 years so I am well aware that sometimes your efforts and hard work goes without being recognized, so when I see people that are doing a good job I like to let them know that they are important to the workforce and should go unnoticed. Therefore, I would like to take this opportunity to commend these young ladies for a job well done. I would also like to thank your corporation for hiring such wonderful workers. I would hope that letter of recognition will reach them and they would be rewarded for their service.
Thank you,
Mrs. Barbara Q. Green

Do you have an email address? I need to talk to someone about an employee of yours and a major security breach involving your cash registers, office safe and customers money that involves them sending pictures that compromises the store’s security

I worked for GIANT in Burtonsville on Old Columbia Pike. My reason for applying for them was for Security but the store Manager Anthony Green suggested that I work in Produce until the Hiring Security Officer came back from vacation. Everytime I asked was he back I was always told he’ll be here in 2 weeks.. hmmm…. As I continued to work in Produce .. I explained to both him (Mr. Green) and his Other Store Manager (April) that I have a serious medical situation and they ignored it.. I had to go to the Hospital and when I brought my documents back to work at first (Ms April) took my Medical papers never gave me a copy and put me back to work… The constant lifting and bending made it dificult to perform my job .. So I ended up getting hurt. I have Documents and I was let go because the promises that was presented to me. you lied ( Mr Anthony Green/Store Manager). I have an open Workers Comp case and I have been out of work Since March/ I have lost the place I lived at because I have no income. They got me running back and forth to Laurel Md. to the Doctors and now they contesting the case… I want to continue with the case because someone needs to held accountable for what took place.
