Our family tried to book online a few times and were unable. Then the reservation center says they cannot use our points plus money and very pushy like, tries to sell points. Not once, but twice that we called. So I call manager of hotel and he says he is unable to book with points. I am extremely disappointed in your establishment in Little Rock Arkansas! Didn’t even get me corporate number. I had to search myself.
Absolute WORST hotel experience of my entire life. Filthy establishment, blood on the walls, smelled of urine, AND THEN we were charged a second night when we checked out well before 11 am after 1 night. Hotel refuses to refund us, which is clear THEFT. Location in Dallas TX. Would not recommend anyone EVER stay there. Awful employs, filthy establishment all the way around.
I made a reservation Friday April 7,2023 With comfort suites in Athens Ga. I was offended Immediately once I arrived . The reservation I made on line and the money taken out of my account was cancelled.The explanation I was given was because I was a local. I look forward to sharing this information with every resident in Athens Ga. More than that. I.seen a sign of prejudice.. I was also told it would take 3 to 5 days to return my money. Sickning
You will hear from my lawyers advertising reclining chairs in the rooms only to arrive and no chair no my room then they called me a lyer when I said they advertised a chair in room. Talked to manager a she have the worker delete my reservation and told me to leave.
