I want to speak to someone in the corporate office. When I phone I am transferred to same inept customer service reps. Have tried to resolve problem 4 times in last 24 hours. If I do not receive reply from corporate will activate FaceBook, Twitter and additional social media accounts to advise followers of problems and lack of assistance with/from Dillons.

I have called the store and called corp in Hutchinson about 2 dead cats outside of the Dillons at 47 and Broadway in Wichita. they have been lying there by a tree out the back door since jan. 2023, They are still there today, so I will be going to the property and picking up the 2 cats and give them a burial . I am so disgusted With Dillons, that they can not bother to pick up the cats or bother to reply to my complaint from Corp. saying they wont be picking up the cats. Definitely NOT an animal caring company. SHAME on you I bet if I found money they would want that though

From what I see on commercials, I only assumed dillons checked their produce daily for freshness. I was going to buy some grapes last night but didn’t as most all of the packages were very gross and some had mold in them
