I've never had a worker at Casey's treat a person the way this gal did.
I'm not sure if I'm contacting the right place but I am an employee at Casey's in Polo. Missouri and I feel. my store manager is treating me unfairly due to work I've missed due to deaths in the family. But there's other person that can call in sick a lot and they get promoted. And she put me down to part-time hours because I had deaths in the family.

I'm an employee at store number 3251 in Boone, IA. I'm an assistant manager on overnights & my store manager & district never respond to me; I could get robbed and they probably wouldn't respond. I'm tempted to get ahold of John Graves who is the regional manager because our store is just failing ever since our last store manager left in September. The district only ever says you can call me. But won't ever answer & it's because she doesn't want proof of knowing problems on going so when her higher ups address her she can act clueless. She's also retiring soon, so maybe that's why she doesn't care. I don't feel respected at all. This is my 4th store since 2017 & things were amazing until September. The higher ups literally only get ahold of us regarding things that affect their bonuses & it's really starting to show. They don't care about their employees only about their checks & doing the bare minimum. Also recently the whole corporation has told store managers to not clock in or out so they can't prove they've put in overtime because the lawsuit regarding not paying overtime. So our store manager barely even works the paid amount hours in their salary. The whole place has become a joke. The starting pay is one of the lowest in our town, the only places that pay less are subway and dollar tree. 11 an hour starting pay is not enough and because of that we are constantly short staffed and all working long hours but then get told we don't have hours for help when we actually need it. I'm really needing a miracle or me & the other overnighters are considering quitting & forcing them to shut down 24/7 because the store manager refuses to work overnights because they can't just sit in the office. They schedule multiple people during their shift so they can do nothing and there's our hours going to waste. She has adp stating she works hours she doesn't because she'll cross them out on paper one & since they are no longer allowed to clock in or out the only proof is through camera footage. #ridiculous

Could you please tell me why you have a 3-year female employee at your Odon Indiana store where management is very aware of a male customer who the employee has tried to get restraining orders on ETC during employment yet is allowed in her store during her shift. She is continuously harassed stalked belittled begraded & completely disrespected during her shift anytime the customer feels he can do this to her. Simply because management allows it to happen. Could I please have Casey's policy of harassment for KC employees or where I could find this policy?? If it's unacceptable for bystanders then why is her safety at risk by our employees or her employer? Apologies on having to publicly announce this yet This needs to stop immediately otherwise can't Casey's get in trouble for allowing their employees to be harassed during their work shift? We like the pizza at the Humboldt store but our calls will never go through. Sometimes someone picks up the phone and hangs it back up, sometimes they just don't answer and sometimes we get a recording that the phone call won't go through. Interesting enough the store phone won't go through either. But when we drive out thereto report to them their phone isn't working,they say "Yes it is"
Hello my name is Jessica Wilson, I work at store 2792 in Cedar Rapids, IA. I love my boss and I love my job, but I'm currently pregnant for the first time and am facing some difficulties with being able to get into work. I'm currently struggling on setting up FMLA for short term disability so my missing work days won't impact my career with the company.
