Subject: Complaint Regarding Poor Customer Service and Rude Manager
Dear Gerber Collision Corporation,
I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to express my utmost disappointment and frustration with the poor customer service I received at your auto shop on June 16, 2023.
During my visit, I encountered numerous issues that have left me questioning the professionalism and competence of your staff. The most alarming aspect of my experience was the attitude displayed by your manager, who exhibited extreme rudeness and a complete disregard for resolving my concerns.
Not only did the manager fail to listen attentively to my questions and concerns, but they also responded in a condescending manner, making me feel dismissed and disrespected as a customer. This behavior is absolutely unacceptable and does not align with the level of service I expected from your establishment.
Furthermore, the lack of attention to detail displayed by your staff resulted in unsatisfactory work on my vehicle, which required additional repairs elsewhere. This cost me valuable time and money, further exacerbating my dissatisfaction with your auto shop. It has now been 9 WEEKS SINCE THEY HAVE MY VEHICLE. No accountability, lack of communication and accommodation for the help of alternative transportation!!!!
As a loyal customer, I had expected to receive reliable and efficient service at your establishment. However, this experience has left me deeply disappointed and has tarnished my perception of your brand.
I kindly request that you take immediate action to rectify these issues. Specifically, I would appreciate a personal apology from your manager for their rude behavior and an assurance that steps will be taken to improve the customer service experience at your auto shop. Additionally, I expect a refund for the subpar work that was performed on my vehicle.
If these matters are not promptly addressed and resolved, I will have no choice but to share my negative experience on various review platforms and consider taking legal action to seek appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused.
I genuinely hope that you consider my concerns seriously and take the necessary actions to regain my trust as a customer. I believe in the potential for improvement, and I sincerely hope that this incident serves as an opportunity for your auto shop to strive for better customer service practices.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to hearing from you soon regarding the steps you will take to address my concerns.
Yours sincerely,
Billy
