Originally from Chicago and now live in Southern California I have been a long time customer of Morton’s Steak House, after an experience last night at your Santa Ana, Sunflower Ave location I will never return to Morton’s. I gave a credit card and had it returned. I was advised to cancel it and get new one issued. Horrible customer service and customer relations. Never again.

I had went to Morton’s in ST Louis Mo and the service was bad. It took one hour to bring out the food, hair was in the food and they did three try’s to get my daughter steak right and she left after 2 hours with no food. I will never return and calling corporate and getting the run around. Beware bad place to eat at. SMH
