The manager Shanikah (probably spelled wrong) needs to be reprimanded, fired or retrained. She is rude to the customers and her employees. I refuse to believe this is what Zaxby’s train their managers on how to talk to people. Being in the medical field, I also have to deal with rude and irate people. I was also trained on how to handle these situations with it getting worse. I will never go to the Zaxbys at 7149 Mt Zion Blvd, Jonesboro, GA 30236 again.

Need help understanding why I can’t get a refund for my purchase clearly going through twice.
I purchase (using my cash app card) food total was $39.30 on Saturday the 24, got a notification that day stating my purchase of said amount. Only for today received another notification of an update stating my zaxbys transaction was now $78.60. Call location off university, where I went originally. And the manager on duty, said it wasn’t her problem, and there was nothing she could do. I needed to contact my card.
I have reached out to my card support, but I’m still confused.
Would love for some clarification please.

I order the same thing every single time I go to zaxbys. 2 nibblers, a small sweet tea, and an extra zax sauce and it has always costed the same. On Saturday (6-24) I was charged $7.52 as I always am. And today it was changed to $15.04 why I was double charged I’m not sure but I would simply like it resolved.

Why Zaxby’s in Bishopville South Carolina doesn’t have not even one white manager. And not as friendly as they was when they first open. And store manager is very nasty to all the employees and call them out in front of people. Is this protocol at your establishment!!

Xaxbys in Manning Sc is the worse! On today July 4th went to get 10 boneless wings and they were hard as if the was sitting Al day! I live 10 mins away and had to take them back only to deal with a rude manager whom stated this why he doesn’t like to deal with black peoples!! A races comment like that and he is a black man himself! He also told me not to come back!! Bad service and I’m definitely making an complaint on him!! I also have video on him telling me not to come back because I asked him will he feed hard wings to his family!! I will push this matter farther cause as an manager he was very much racism with the black comment
