Mercedes-Benz USA, LLC (MBUSA) is the official U.S. distributor and marketing arm of Mercedes-Benz — the German luxury automobile manufacturer — responsible for the distribution, marketing, sales, and customer service of all Mercedes-Benz passenger cars, vans, and AMG performance vehicles across the United States. Headquartered at One Mercedes-Benz Drive in Sandy Springs, Georgia (a suburb of Atlanta), MBUSA operates as a wholly owned subsidiary of Mercedes-Benz Group AG — the Stuttgart, Germany-based global parent company led by Chairman Ola Källenius.
