Please someone reach out to me in regards to hold and express refusing to pay me my last check, I have a document showing my hours on ADP and once the new GM started she not only deducted my hours but two other employees who also have proof of their hours prior to her starting. checked in on yesterday but got asked to leave. For accusations of smoking. But the sheriff even came to the room and NO smoke, your employee Dallia charged me for smoking in room before she even went to check the room herself. I left room to go pick up my oldest daughter from work and before I came back Dallia claimed the room beside made a complaint about smoke. She says my daughter told her she had a vape which needs to be expressed in a different way that you can’t vape, not Marijuana vape but nicotine vape. She didn’t even tell me before had that a 200 hold cuz I live 30 miles near hotel, that should be known before hand also! So I’m out the room money and out 50 for smoke not even in room and room wasn’t even messed up. I’m sure you were able to book the room without housekeeping having to re clean the room! The elevator kept messing up. Your employee said stuff doesn’t get fixed around there and that she should quit again. House keeping complaining! What is up with your establishment?
My number is 8047126474 I want to know exactly what I’m being charged for and why employee submit trying to take my 200 hol money plus additional 50 for smoking in room that had not been smoked in the Dinwiddie sheriff verified no smoking had taken place in room, what people do in the other areas of hotel like hallway or stair well is not on me!!!

Stayed at Holiday Inn Lake George, 2223 Canada Street- paid over $200 for the room- paid more than that for drinks at bar as was at bar for 2 nights.
Last night there a customer asked if I could grab a drink for her, paid for it which was almost $2.00 cheaper than what I was paying. Asked the bartender if we are drinking same drink why was I paying $5.00 a drink and hers was $3.50 a drink–was told the locals pay a lesser price! I never have heard of that before at any IHG hotel I have stayed at and continued to get charged $5.00 a drink–mind you did not have many more. How do you know I didnt just move into area-was so taken back from that, felt like an outsider. If anything you should get a discount if you are already paying to stay at hotel!!! Was not very happy about the whole situation.

I had to stay in your fort Campbell location in Oak Grove Ky because my semi truck broke down and the shop is down the street from hotel very convenient for me because of lack of transportation but never the less of wanted to personally comment to the professionalism that was shown by Carmeiello I probably butchered your name so sorry but thanks

I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Decatur, GA. They charged me a smoking fee of $300 and NO ONE was smoking in the room. Talking about they smelled smoke, I told them that they where a lying. Never again will I stay at a Holiday Inn Express or any other Holiday Inn hotel.
