I’m trying to get help with a problem on a private landline phone that’s going off (NO LINE, and no dial tone). Chatted with the Sierra Madre CA services and we have a problem with getting a work ticket, some garbage about a mobile phone for information about the service call. We have only one landline phone, no mobiles or other form beyond the internet e-mails, round and round in a dumb circle. In Spring this year had the same problem with the phone, but no garbage about having a second phone for notification, and we got 6 or 7 service visits, no problem. Problem with phone seems to be in your products outside. We don’t need to know when the call will be made, no need to see tech, just get the line fixed. We’re both in our eighties and need the line for emergencies. No family to help, all at rest. Please help or advise.
