I will never use Just Flowers again nor will I recommend them. I ordered an arrangement for my nieces . On the day of delivery, she sent me a picture. The arrangement was embarrassing and looked horrible. it was no where near what I had paid for. Everything about this order was wrong. The arrangement appeared that of someone shoving a bunch of flowers in an ugly vase and the card had many errors. I paid extra for express delivery before 1p, flowers arrived well past 6p, paid for a ballon, never received. I have been back and forth dealing with this company from emails to phones calls. I had 3 service reps hang up on me. They requested pictures of the arrangement, so i sent them about 5-6. they called and offered me a $10.00 credit, I told them I want a full refund. they could obviously see the flowers that were sent was horrible.Then they called and stated a new arrangement would be sent yesterday, didn't happen. When they called today, I was told they could not get ahold of the recipient to retrieve the arrangement. I did not agee to a new arrangement being delivered. I want a full refund. the guy that called today offered me a #39.00 credit. Again I advised him that I wanted a full refund. I am so upset and embarrassed over this purchase. the reps I spoke too (4 I believe) were not helpful at all. I requested to speak to a manager, they transferred the call, I waited over 15 minutes for someone to pick up the call, and then I was hung up on. I have never seen any business run this was.bI will not settle for anything less than a full refund. there is a record of all emails within your company, look at the pictures in those emails of what I ordered vs what was sent. I was embarrassed of that bunch of flowers. My great grandchild could have done better. I will NEVER use Just Flowers again
