I’ve been a customer for about 7 years my card got fraud education and there was about 8 or 9 transactions that came out of my account called green dot to have them stop payment and file dispute on others they have taken about 200 to 300 out of my account no one will help me and that’s not right that you trust your bank and your bank just let’s people that’s fraud take your money

Yesterday June 8th 2023 your company breached security of my personal information my email physical address phone number and last 4 of my social was accessed at your site and was used to change my user name and phone which allowed them to get in my account and take my money. I got over 3 calls yesterday stating they were from Turbo and a call saying they were with green dot bank and when I refuse to verify the information the caller stated I have your social I can verify to prove to you I am not a scammer at that time he repeated my last 4 of social to make matters worse I called turbo card over 8 times last night after I wasn’t able to log into my account and was hung up on transferred and hung up on again this is a problem for me a big one your company owe it to customers to keep out info safe and yesterday you failed and my pay check that I worked hard for a scammer has it the word needs to know that you don’t secure customers information. My address phone number birthdate social account number and email you just allowed some person this much access to me I have a BIG problem with this breach

I’m so glad to read peoples reviews on Green Dot because I know that I’m not the only one that they hurt. I wouldn’t wish what Green Dot did to me on my worst enemy. I had an unauthorized transaction that I noticed right away after I made 1 purchase for $59 and the company charged my card twice and the second one was $199.88 which is the one I put in a dispute Claim about which I have written confirmation from customer service that as soon as they got my letter about the claim dispute they would give me the credit while they did their investigation. I sent the letter that same day and was given confirmation that they did receive the letter but I never got the credit. Not only did I not get the credit but because I had automatic payments scheduled to go through was overdrafting my account which I have $200 overdraft protection and plus Green Dot during that time were tacking on fees for the overdraft. Obviously I was a good customer otherwise they wouldn’t have recently raised my overdrafted to $200. Since I didn’t get that credit it’s caused a domino effect in my life all my automatic payments have been declined my credit was very good that’s being affected by what Green Dot did over a $200 unauthorized charge my rent is overdue I’m scared my phone just got shut off today I don’t know what to do I am taking them to court to sue them and anybody who want to join me in this lawsuit because I’m not letting them get away with this. To make things worse on my birthday which was July 12th they took away my overdraft protection when I wasn’t even close to $100 overdrawn and I was using that to help me catch up now everything is 10 times worse because I no longer have the overdraft when that happened I canceled my account. Anybody who chooses Green Dot, don’t I’m telling you don’t they don’t care about the customers like companies should. Customers make them who they are I am taking Green Dot to court for what they did to my life and my credit which was uncalled for. By not giving me the credit when I was supposed to get it they did give me the credit two months later and by that time I was almost $200 over drafted and Green Dot kept tacking on fees which were a lot of that $200 overdraft.
Someone hack my account took 800 out a month ago. I got 300 in my saving and can’t get no dam help from anybody
