I live in Pineville Louisiana. I’m a business owner and I’m a loyal customer and have for a long time done business with circle k but that soon about the end.. It is December the 27th and I have just left the location of 3432 Monroe highway Pineville Louisiana 71360 from sitting in my vehicle in the parking lot for 45 minutes while the store was closed and a note on the door saying bathroom break. Everyone needs bathroom breaks no one uses the bathroom for 45 minutes. At least 20 to 25 vehicles pulled up in that period of time and left because the store was closed. This has happened numerous times in the past couple of months and it’s just getting worse the customer service is terrible the kids have foul mouths and have no customer relations at all. Please take care of this problem are relate this message to someone who can do something about it. Numerous people I know and I are about to start boycotting circle k’s because this is an ongoing problem that has not been corrected nor looks like it’s going to get corrected. I just pulled up at another circle k located on 28 East Pineville la and this store is closed with someone in the bathroom. I’m not sure what’s going on but this is a serious problem that needs to be taking care of.
Thanks Kenny Nichols
,PS if anyone needs to get in contact with me my number is 318-290-8577

The circle k in Pine Mountain, GA is terrible about throwing a closed sign up “system down” when clearly the system is not down. The little girl who works 3rd doesn’t want to do anything and the manager allows this. Why did she ever agree to work 3rd if she wasn’t gonna work? How does she get away with this? Poor customer service!! This is the only store in pine mountain at night and circle k is losing a bunch of business. Several citizens are ready to take this issue to the county commissioner to have this store closed and hopefully in the mix of that, bring more stores to the area or see the other gas station start opening back up all night. Circle k pays her to sit and watch and when she does work she has no idea what she is doing!

I am VERY disappointed in Circle K. I signed up over a year ago for its Sip N Save program. It has been a constant disappointment in how slowly they service their soda fountain. Let me give you an example. The past 2 weeks has been the worse that I have seen as far as ISSUES with their soda fountains being down, out of supplies, wrong co2 combination, no ice, etc. I probably spend over 60% of my time having to go to another store to get my ALREADY PAID soda and then again sometimes I have to go to the 3rd store to find a working machine and/or supplies needed to give me that soda!! I am more then willing to pay their 9.99 monthly costs for my daily soda- BUT it is not advantageous for me to continue paying Circle K for this service UNLESS things change on their end. It defeats the whole purpose of paying a monthly charge for something you have to LOOK FOR!
2nd Issue:
I cannot believe it has come to this: Being told I have to use your self checkout when a real person stands right there in your store. I understand things are changing out there for the retailers, but the typical customers out here DO NOT LIKE having to check themselves out!!!!! Self check outs reduce your customer care for the customer, it takes the job of the person who needs to have a job to pay bills!!! I have been told now 5 times from 5 different stores that I must use the self checkout machine. I DO NOT APPRECIATE you telling me I have to be checked out by a machine. You might get off with lower labor for your store, but it decreases your service and communication with the company

Store location 2200 Cleveland Hwy in Dalton, Ga is normally ok, but they have gone thru a recent change of employees that has caused their customer service to spiral down hill. I was in there on 07/18/23 after a meeting to grab a quick snack. I was not greeted no big deal, I noticed they was line of customers so I proceeded to wait in line. once in line I took notice that they are were three employees and no registers open even the self checkout was closed. I figured they must a software update, no big deal. While still waiting in line another customer approaches the counter to exchange $20 in change. Being that I had been waiting for a while now, I politely asked the young lady by name Kyliee if someone could help me on another register as time is of an essence. Kylie then told she would not as she is helping another customer. I advised the employee that it it not courteous to have a line of people waiting with all the registers being closed and no one taking care of the customers as our time is valuable. Kylie then told me that she has already told me what she is going to do. Another employee by the name of Brylien then stated that he had just clocked in and has nothing to do with the previous shift. I then asked to speak with a manger on duty or to have managements contact information to discuss the matter further. Brylien then asked why I needed that information so I expressed my concerns once more. He then proceeded to tell me that he would not provide that information and asked to to leave the store. Luckily as I was leaving a manger then came from the freezer and was able to see what was going on. I was told that the issue would taken care but based off of the push back from the employees I feel that this is may be habit and needs to be addressed further. I am highly disappointed in how this was handled being that no apology was offered at all. Again coming from a backing ground in business management this is not tolerable in any manner and I will be following up to ensure proper action has been taken against the employees.
