My name is Brianna Elliott. I’ve emailed several times and barely ever receive a response. I would like to cancel my membership from the Winchester One Life location and I want it canceled now. You guys have shown VERY POOR customer service and as someone who has years of sales experience, I will be telling people to not pay this company. I cannot get a doctors note until 1/23/2023 and you all are simply taking the last bit of money I have left to get by. I barely have money for rent and food as is. I didn’t mean for this to happen, it was unexpected but at this point I am desperate and would greatly appreciate you guys working with me.
Yeah, Like Brianna's message above, I've been trying for months to cancel my membership ever since you charged me a and your "member service" is incredibly poor. Almost like it's designed to be unresponsive on purpose to prevent people from being able to cancel. I've got all the receipts - the forms I've filled out on your app, on your site, the emails I've exchanged, etc. Your club people only know how to take more money. I'm past paying another dime to you and need confirmation this has been canceled. The FTC is looking hard at companies like yours who make it impossible for people to cancel subscriptions.

I am just sending this message because over the past few months there has been a lot of issues with the Gainesville location's sauna. Every time it is mentioned to the staff, they have been extremely rude and ignorant. There are over 30 members that I personally know who use the membership strictly for sauna usage and are actively looking to switch gyms because of the lack of maintenance. When asked about the issue I was told that "we the members keep breaking it". Based on studies shown, it is optional to pour water on the rocks to amplify the effects and doesn't cause damage to the equipment. I am sending you this message not threatening my membership, but to bring to corporates attention about the lack of effort put in by management and attitude of staff members. It seems the gyms morale has drastically changed in a negative way ever since recent mgt changes. Thanks for your time and happy holidays
