To whom it may concern,
Someone reported me deceased and my card is not working. Your employee wanted me to say my full social security number over the phone in my voice, and I am aware of the AI hacking that is going on. I am also aware of corporate blacklists. My mother passed away and had a card with you, yall would not close her card until you had a death certificate. I want to know why your employees are asking for full social security numbers without a death certificate. Please fix this.
