Attention Taco Casa Complaint Dept.
We’ve been eating almost weekly since Taco Casa opened it’s restaurants in the area. It’s our “Go To” for our Tex Mex Dinner night and even lunch on the go. Recently, We ordered the super nachos, expecting the same great taste with the crispy chips. Unfortunately, the chips where different, including the taste. They were horrible. I couldn’t even eat my dinner. I understand that companies are trying to save money but, I will be careful what I order at Taco Casa till you change back to the crispy chips. I’m going to add to this review and take it down to 1 star 1st of all Ann or Anna the manager in charge today 07/31/23 should be more attentive to her employees the Dude taking the drive thru orders was more worried about smoking his cigarette outside the glass door at the drive thru then customer service he actually flip his cigarette down on the ground in front of my car with temperature soaring as they are was that smart ? pavement or not ! Then to add to the already poor customer service they forgot to give me all my order !! Wth Last trip there ! But sure hope corporate does something about their smoking policy ! did love taco casa i have been to plenty of them i stop here at least once a week and this one is the best! food is always on point , staff always friendly and fast never get my wrong order and it always loaded with my favorite item CHEESE! Great job!!

I have wrote the taco casa in mansfield texas more then once complaining about there bean burritos and combination burritosevidently they dont know how to make them u pay for a half burrito and they are chinchy with there beans I have been going to taco casa ever since I lived in Weatherford tx I know Tony and his family and I know if he knew this he would do something about it I wish someone would
