Customer Service absolutely horrendous. Spoke with a Herb after talking to them 5 times today while at work saying my documents weren’t sent. It’s clear they don’t know how to open an attached file and I had to send screenshots. Herb got rude after I said the amount he was telling me didn’t add up. 21.99 bi weekly doesn’t equate to $63. He said “it doesn’t matter that’s the price you want it or not” just to send the documents over and it’s actually $56. And now because my references didn’t answer at 5:34pm before Christmas they saying they are canceling my order.

This company is absolutely trash. There is no customer service. Auto-pay never works so there are calling you every hour upon the hour. Then wants to blame me because there auto-pay isn’t working correctly. I’ve given the the card number even stopped in so they can take a photo copy and they still cannot get it right.
