I would like to file a complaint on Alan calzada. Loss adjuster. He has been horrible through my time dealing with my accident. The guy has been unreachable must of my time since he took on my case. Called a left messages all week. He never got back to me. Had me thinking he was on vacation and the whole time he been at work. To make matters worse he sent out a check for 969 dollars. Didn’t say a word about it. I cashed it and 4 days later the check is voided and returned back. Which messed me over and put me negative in my account. How do you accidentally send someone a check on the mail with my name on it by mistake. Never seen anything like this before. I asked him about this when I finally tracked him down. He has this attitude like he didn’t care when I told him he screwed me over. How can yall have someone like this representing you. This gentlemen should be under investigation how he treats customers. Case number 65-290091

So if an agent of yours puts in the wrong number or letters of your Vin number and doesn’t tell you to verify. Leave assuming they did their job to find out they messed up and you have to go back to fix their mistake they charge you an extra $20 to make their changes. Said I sign the paper work ya so did your agent. What’s that say? They are in the business of doing sneaky things like this to get an extra money out of you? Really thinking about leaving since this is the second time they want to charge for their mistakes.

I would like to file a complaint on Alan calzada. Loss adjuster. I was in an accident where I was rear ended by a drunk driver 5/28 and have yet to receive any compensation or call back after leaving repeated voicemails ! I will leave reviews on every Fred Loya location and take to social medias to spread awareness as a customer of 7 plus years I have never encountered such poor customer service and horrible coverage for clients. anyHe has been horrible through my time dealing with my accident.
