I got a Brazilian wax done 3 days ago and then I had to get a touch up and I was burned and it does not feel right to sensation the tenderness I kinda politely would like a refund but very shy to say something due to I love waxing but it’s very dangerous in burn degrees..

I have been burned 2 times very badly with blisters and needed meds from doctor. It was so so painful. I had underarm. It took week till blister popped and then weeks till completely healed. They claim my skin was too sensitive yet I had gone to same store .. chesterfield MO… for years every month & then one day blisters from a freak sensitivity. My doctor diagnosis as 3rd degree burn & still the owner at chesterfield MO owner said it was not a burn. Nothing. No sorry no 5 crd points no free service. Nothing. I moved to a diff store I now now in Creve Couer Mo.

I’ve been yet to be contacted by someone, I’ve called every day for 3 weeks still no answer. When I can back in October Natalie was really good and everything went smooth afterwards. On 1/26 I went with Mayra and now I’m having a super bad allergic reaction I have bumps everywhere on my frontal area, i don’t know if I’m having a bad allergic reaction to the product or maybe it was her rushing and not getting all the hairs. I even told her afterwards that it was sticking me like it was spotty but she still rushed. I only booked with her because of the Google reviews however from now on I won’t.
I’m very displeased with the service I received. I have bumps everywhere she waxed!!!!!!!! I’m freaking more than upset! No one had called me back, no one had even responded to my reviews or phone calls. I’ve taken plenty of pictures from that day up to now, I will definitely be handling this on my own with a lawyer.

I had an arm wax which left me bruised in several places. I have been using the services at the same Lawrence NY location for over 5 years and never had such experience. I am constantly receiving discounts & promotional offers via email and yet none of them are ever useable at the EWC I go to. I don’t get it, why send deals if they are NOT valid at all locations. I am removing myself from your email list, and probably find another establishment for waxing, cause EWC is giving shady business vibes.
