Was charged 175.00$ for a adult buffet, adult drink, and kids buffet. Said it was refunded however I never got the refund, instead the 175.00$ was taken out of my account. Went to the local Cici’s only to be told there’s nothing that can be done. Called corporate twice today, no answer, called my bank only to be told they need the receipts, and the paperwork filled out and sent back and it will take 90 days to get my 175.00$ back.
