Over this past week at your Bradenton store in Florida my husband and I had the worst experience with your employees there. The gist of it all we had insurance to replace a broken phone. Your employee might come told my husband we wouldn’t get it for over 4 days which was not the truth we could have had it within 2 days. Got my husband to buy another phone for $800. When I tried to fix the situation go back in the manager Alex said if I wanted to return the phone and get my old one fixed I would have to pay another $200. And not only did Mike m call me at my house when he obviously lied wanted nothing to do with him. So not only were we ripped off by your company where I would have only had to pay $100 to get my phone replaced. I will never have anything to do with your company again very disrespectful to my elderly husband sad to make it dime you rip people off.
