My mother was at the Kiel Fill location in Johnsonburg. The older guy over on the sidewalk and talking to another guy smoking a cigarette. My mother waited about 5 minutes and he did not come towards her to pump her gas. She then got out and started pumping her own gas and the guy said to what are you doing. My mother said she did not have time to wait and he said what I’m not allowed to talk. He said that this was a reitirement job and he could do what he wanted to do. Then keep yelling at her as she was pumping her gas. This is not good customer service and happens a lot at this store. Something needs to be done about them.
