WHY NO E MAIL ADDDY ? Dont want to be bothered? OK for you to take our money but dont want to hear our complaints?> Called you STUPID cust support number off / on for 2 days, all i get is a recording, than placed onn hold to head some damn whistling recording than thrown back in QUEQUE again with the same dumb recording. Now i can see wht Eat&Park is going down hill, dont want to be bothered snymore?

I left a complaint online no response. I was hire buy your Weirton Wv store but was never placed on schedule. Your managers are very ignorant I was hire by Mark who in your main manager there. He went on vacation. The following week well I had to wait for my pay to come in to buy my shoe during that week I had a death in my family no problem I was waiting for my pay to buy them. As so as I got them that weekend, I called Crystal another manager. Well I had interviewed with her 2 different times as so as I got there she would say I don’t no way they scheduled you its filled and ended and walked away very rudely. I have no idea why she does not like me but if looks could kill I would be dead the feeling she gave of was horrible she was not pleasant to me at all. She said the schedule was done for the week but she was working on it and would call me that day with my schedule well I said I would be in and out I need to take care of things she said fine she would leave a message and I could call her back. Well she never called so I called the next day she said no I have not done that schedule yet me or Mark will call you next week and hung up on me. Rude!!! So I waited by Wednesday no call. I Called and asked for Mark he got on the phone and Crystal made it seem like I no longer wanted the job. I told him no this is what happened He seemed kind of upset at me. Which I did nothing wrong. So he said let me look at the schedule and I will call you tomorrow well he never did . I don’t know what type of idiots you employee to be in charge but I am very upset This job was offered to me first I turned down 2 other jobs for this one and those where given to someone else because your manages lied to me Mark is two faced and Crystal had it in for me for the very beginning when I did nothing to them. Now I want to know who is going to make up for the loss in my income believe me if one of the others would have called first I would had gladly taken one of them they paid more and gave very good benefits. Now I have no job and loss of income I have a disable child and a home to take care of and right now I go 2 to 3 days with out eating so my child has enough food but of coarse you know nothing like that. And I guess this is how your company is run. You enjoy playing with peoples lives well guess what your Weirton WV store messed with the wrong person I want a response from you by Wednesday August 16,2023 or I will seek out legal action. Also I will be posting online about how you allow bullies, lairs , ignorant, hateful management represent your company and the corporate office does nothing to fix this. Also I think I will be informing my state attorney generals office and state and federal senators and house of reps. they should know what type of employer are in this state and the corporate office does nothing.
