Allied Universal Headquarters & Corporate Office

I would like to take this time to write to whomever is reading this. Since this company is call Allied Universal Security contractor for Lake County Florida Courthouse. I am writing in behalf of the employee's that work at the Tavares Courthouse. I would have to say that the group of guys and girls that work for the courthouse court services work there butts off the best they can. It is sad to say that there Supervisor is not fit for the position he is in. From what I have heard he is lazy, unorganized, and really has no management experience and there is more to say about him from what I hear. Also heard that Tampa office management is no help at all too they dont even speak to there employee's. I have heard not one but several employee's say that there manager is no help and not good at all and that they are under payed for what they do in front and back of the courthouse. Also that they don't get holiday pay when its not there choice to have to take the day off because the courthouse is close it is unfair that the Security company collects all the benefits of the contact and they don't pay there employees holidays also Is majority of the time the guys working in the back with the imates dont get a lunch and you take a hour from them Automatically they should get paid.....G4S treated there employee's alot better then Allied in my opinion......and company's wonder way they can't keep employee's....under pay, treated bad, poor management.....hard to say the only reason your managers have there position is just for a pay check they don't care about anyone but themselves.....
