What distinguishes Braum’s milk from products found in stores?
Freshness is guaranteed since Braum’s milk comes from their own dairy herd on the Braum Family Farm, making it unique. A special processing method makes the milk taste better and grow thicker and richer.
Are all the goods that are sold at Braum’s stores made by you?
We produce a range of dairy products, including cottage cheese, sour cream, ice cream, milk, and dips. We sell bread, cookies, cakes, and muffins at our bakery. We also have personalized grocery items.

In Tuttle, Oklahoma, Braum’s farms and milks their own dairy herd every day, guaranteeing freshness with a 36-hour delivery time from cow to store. Their method of processing enhances the milk, making the final product more delicious.
What makes your fat-free skim milk superior to milk from the grocery store?
6,000 gallons of Braum’s Fat-Free Skim Milk are produced from 9,000 gallons of conventional fat-free skim milk each hour using an MVR Processing System for vacuum processing. This improves the flavor and raises the amount of nonfat milk solids, making the fat-free milk 50% higher in protein, calcium, niacin, riboflavin, and other important nutrients than ordinary skim milk.
Do you produce acidophilus or lactose-free milk?
No. Since drugs have been developed to have the same results, several dairy firms have stopped producing lactose-free or acidophilus milk.
Are there any items free of gluten?
Ice creams without baked goods are gluten-free, but we do not offer a list of gluten-free products. Cookies and Cream, Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, and Brownie Fudge Sundae are not gluten-free flavors since they contain baked goods.
Are there any products without monosodium glutamate (MSG)?
The majority of our products are MSG-free, and according to the new “Labeling Laws,” any product that includes MSG must to say so on the label.
Why is it that I can’t always obtain the ice cream flavor I want?
We make approximately 120 different varieties of ice cream, frozen yogurt, and sherbet in the Braum’s Processing Plant. We constantly offer “regular flavors” and rotate additional varieties every 4–8 weeks due to the limited freezer space in retailers.
Does the live, active culture in your frozen yogurt exist?
Yes, the pasteurization procedure comes first, then the culture.

Why does the fat-free milk from Braum’s taste sweeter than that from the grocery store?
Because Braum’s Fat-Free Milk is concentrated, each serving has a higher amount of lactose, the natural sugar. Braum’s distinct processing method enables us to concentrate our milk without fat.
Do you provide coupons and gift cards for Braum’s?
Reloadable gift cards are available all year long in-store and by calling our corporate office at 405-478-1656. Online balance checks are available. Additionally, use the same number to get “product specific” coupons for things like banana splits and single dip ice cream cones from our Main Office.

Every other day, Braum’s uses its own fleet of refrigerated trucks to transport fresh goods. Stores must be located within around a 330-mile radius of their processing facility and distribution hub, which are located in Tuttle, Oklahoma, close to Oklahoma City, in order to preserve this freshness.
