• Good evening.. I just ordered 2 Subs from your Urbana, OH 43078 location. This is the second time I’ve ever even eaten anything from here, and possibly the last. The first time we ordered from there, the girl was sooo rude. She didn’t want to take our order, so she said a few sarcastic remarks.. Then TOLD me to write the tip amount and sign. For one the tip part should be my choice. For Terri hire ride she was being made my 13 year old daughter so uncomfortable she didn’t even want to order her food! I had to order it for her! Needless to say, the subs were Soo good we wanted them tonight..

  Tonight’s visit.. well same girl, same eye roll when we said we were placing an order, and same comments to the girl standing next to her. I wanted to turn around and walk away, but I swallowed my pride and ordered my daughter and me our subs. But this time my sub was hard (over-cooked) but my cheese wasn’t even melted!! It’s awful!!! As of right now I won’t be back! What a shame!? Unless y’all plan on making it right.??

• Marcos on South Avenue is PATHETIC AND GHETTO! Twice I've ordered a pizza sub and it was delivered RAW ALL UNDERCOOKED. When I called and complained the manager got Pissed and said I was a LIAR! Never again will I spend ONE DOLLAR with this company!!

• Ordered 1 M pizza and 10 boneless chicken, cost over $30. Wings were a quarter of a nugget. I called Marcos #8381 @ Old Canoe Creek Rd, 34772 area and Glady the mngr listened to my complaint (as she chomped on her gum) but then hung up. I then called corporate and had to leave a message with them. Still no reply from anyone. Wings use to be large then got small. Decided to try the boneless. I think it is time to move on.
