The manager at your Lee rd store in Cleveland Ohio on Sunday mean and disrespectful and was holding one of my orders hostage until the y finished with the other order. I am a Doordash driver and I wanted to complete the order they had ready, so I could take it to the car so my hands won't be full and drop something. She also made me wait for another customer who said I could go ahead of them. She just kelp egnoring me. Until the last order was ready. By then it was raining so hard a storm had belt up making it hard to get to the car with my hands full. When she called me over to get my food she would not let me see the names on the order to make sure it was correct. I to say I received the orders until I saw the names, so she said for get them, I won't get you your orders. Some other girl came over and said isn't the names on your phone. I said yes but I need to see what I'm getting. She said but you see it on your phone. I said what sense does that make. The girl that came up finally showed me the names on the packages. I called Doordash and filed a complaint.
Hi this is scam. I tried to get the offer at Eastridge's Charleys San Jose Ca. today to try to get the special offer but those Indian people who worked there did not honor it. They kept asking for the barcode but I printed everything but there is no barcode. Why do they keep giving hard time to their customers. It is bad for the reputation of your company! you need to fire those indians!
hello my name is Brittney I live in buffalo NY, I come to lakewood ohio often to visit my sister. I went to charleys restaurant at 14833 Detroit avenue Lakewood Ohio on 9/16/23 at 3:00pm. When I first walked in I notice a lady talking on her phone holding it between her shoulders and ear making food . In my mind I was hoping she would not make my food. My order came up and she repeatedly touch her phone and hair while preparing my sub. I told the cashier that its disgusting and out of order. she's not wearing a hair net, she's touching a dirty phone, laughing on her call all over my food plus she's wearing the same gloves preparing food. The cashier worker had to get out of line and tell the other employer to wash her hands to make my sandwich, which is not fair to her especially when theirs customers waiting . Workers does this often, and this is not treating customers right. I love this restaurant, but this behavior can cause illness to customer's, food poisoning plus a lawsuit. I'm very displease and disgusted I hope other customers are treated better at all the locations.
The West Covina Mall Charleys did not honor my gift cerificate. Said I need to cash it at the Charleys purchased. What is the problem here.
