Ingles Markets, Inc. (stylized as ingles) is an American regional supermarket chain based in Black Mountain, North Carolina. Ingles Markets operates about 200 supermarkets, primarily in suburbs, small towns, and rural areas of six southeastern states. The stores largely operate under the Ingles name, although nine do business as Sav-Mor. In addition to brand-name goods, Ingles Markets stocks its shelves with its Laura Lynn and Harvest Farms private label products. The company also owns a dairy that sells about 70% of its products to Ingles stores and the rest to other retailers and distributors. Ingles Markets is also in the real estate business: it owns more than 80 shopping centres, nearly all of which contain an Ingles store.

Dear Sir, Ma’am,
I live in Union South Carolina. We do a lot of our shopping at Ingles in Spartanburg off of 176. We do not have a Ingles in Union South Carolina .Which if you’re not aware they’re putting 350 new homes here. Lately they’ve added a Tractor supply Harbor Freight and State Credit Union , not sure about anything else. The wife and I would like to see an Ingles in Union. I think it would do great. As Walmart is not fulfilling, its promise of America goods. I also know we’re in tough times, but that doesn’t excuse giving the public terrible fruit , vegetables, and pastries. I think it would be doing Ingles a great service to do a survey . Let’s make Ingles the standard in America Marketing in South Carolina.
