Just wonted to let someone know the Family Dollar on Fisher Rd Fayetteville NC. The outside of the store is dirty. This is the area I live in totally uncalled for.

There was a problem at one of your stores on Fallston Road, Shelby, NC. Involving a manager and employee. Constant problems at this store; which include, not limited to the one I faced on yesterday. These workers take sodas out of the store without paying, constantly having cigarette breaks setting in the car while on the clock. I endured another situation 01/22/2023. I’ve made a complaint before, however no one returned a response. If the customer can’t be contacted back, there’s no need to keep spending our hard earned money in these Family Dollars.

Dear Family Dollar management
I’ve been going to your El Monte California location to get a few items that the manager had to order in that were not being stocked, I’ve come back and the items aren’t being stocked and I’ve been told that they can’t order them in which is very disappointing because those items were what brought me to the store. Even through it took a little bit to get them in, having somebody just dismiss you because they don’t wont bring them in is telling me that my money isn’t needed or wanted from me. The items are snappels peach and raspberry tea singles. I will look for them else were.
