I had the pleasure of seeing your new commercial this morning. Not everyone uses the type of language it “implies.” Think of potential customers and the reputation your company carries. The world is full of this crap. Clearly, it had to pass many channels prior to airing. Says so much about the people and values behind Jackson Hewitt. Left a sickening taste in my mouth. You can do better. Yeah … I’m gonna trust these people with my money. NOT!

My husband and I just left your Chester Va branch and the manager Andrea Anita was very unprofessional. Not only did it take her two hours to our taxes because she was answering calls and giving tax advice over the phone but she also insisted on looking at my banking information on my phone. I attempted to tell her the account number but she said she needed to see it. My husband handed her my phone but I took it back because she was going through my account looking for routing and account numbers. I told her I could give her the information. If this is how you do business it’s disgraceful. I am requesting a full refund for the preparation fee because she was helping others via phone and that was unnecessary. She attempted to blame the slow computer but she wasn’t even using the computer once she answered her calls. It’s bad enough there was a client there at our appointment time and we had to wait 30 mins before we were even seen. I understand being under staffed so we did over look the person in front of us however this was an issue last year as well. We will not be returning next year.
