Hi, my name is Lorre. I have gone to Belle Tire for years for services on my vehicles. Just recently I went in for vehicle needs, a tire, rim and alignment. My last visit was on 3-(27-28)-2023, and it was a bust and I am so disappointed and angered on how I was treated and was told. My tire blew out and it damaged my rim as well. When I went into the store in Roseville, Charis quoted $354 for a used rim but cleaned rim and told me it would work … I told him, I can get a brand new one from the distributor for $395, he looked at me and said well, whatever, it that extra $50 is worth it to you. I just looked at him and left very disappointed. Then I did more investigating and ended up ordering a new rim on line for $170. I ordered my rim on 3/27/23 and I went back into the Roseville location. A young man waited on me. I am not sure of his race but I am going to say he was a younger light skinned black or mexican man (half his head shaved and the rest put up in a pony tail) stocky and very cocky waited on me. I let him know I needed to order the same tire I ordered before, which he said he was going to take 4-5 days and it should be in by that Friday. He told me that he will call me when it comes in. He asked me about a wheel alignment; I said “I paid for one in October-ish when I purchased the other tire I got from here and had paid for a front end alignment done at that time. I told him I was told it was good for one year. I know you can get a wheel balance for one tire, however, you advertise front wheel alignments for 1 year, and that’s what I was under the impression I got and paid for in Oct-ish. Nope he said, you have to purchase one every time you get a new tire. I KNOW that’s not right. I know what I was told in October 2022. It’s taken me some time to write to you, I had to calm down from being so angered. I am so disappointed on so many levels. One, I never got a call that my tire was in. Two, I was lied to about the front wheel alignment. Third, I was forced to go to another establishment to purchase a tire (at a cheaper price) because I had to get this done. Fourthly, that your sales guys think they can take advantage of women. Lastly, the unprofessionalism that I have received almost every time I go in is off the chains. Your sales men act cocky, they think and act like this: just because I am a woman, that I don’t know what is up and they can tell whatever and charge me whatever they want and make money off me, because I will never know the difference. I am sick and tired of this kind of treatment. I am not a stupid woman as most men thinks I am or we are. And I was forced to go to another establishment (*this blew my mind), this was totally off the chain, I’m very discussed, and this experience has shown me what Belle Tire is all about. After 25+ years of relationship with you goes down the drain …. Thanks.
