This message for the board of directors, reply requested: positive feedback. This message was sent to Dr. White & all at the Brunswick Landing location. “Dr. White, I believe you to be a good Doctor, the nurses on the phone do their very best., and one can tell that “The heart of the nurse” is still very much alive.!! I believe that you are all subject to a “system” that makes little or zero sense to the customer. The blood results that I just received might as well be in Navaho, as well as the urine tests. The crazily unnecessary (and fearful) statement concerning my calcium (heart) are in direct conflict with the opin of my Cardiologist. I am not complaining to you nor do seek an explanation, however I will say the MP needs some serious attention as to how messages are communicated to the customer. Thanks, Eddie.
