U.S. Cellular Headquarters & Corporate Office

About UScellular

UScellular was a major regional U.S. wireless carrier historically operated by United States Cellular Corporation and headquartered in Chicago, Illinois. The company provided mobile voice and data service, smartphones, tablets, connected devices, business wireless solutions, home internet, IoT, and related telecommunications services in regional markets across the United States.

The company’s status changed fundamentally on August 1, 2025, when T-Mobile completed its acquisition of substantially all of UScellular’s wireless operations and selected spectrum assets. The wireless business became wholly owned by T-Mobile, while the former United States Cellular Corporation changed its legal name to Array Digital Infrastructure, Inc.

Today, the UScellular wireless brand and customer base are being integrated into T-Mobile. Existing UScellular customers can still use UScellular Customer Service and participating stores during the migration period, while the former corporate entity, Array Digital Infrastructure, is now a separate wireless-infrastructure company owning more than 4,400 towers.

How to File a Complaint Against UScellular

During the customer transition, complaint handling depends on whether the account remains on UScellular’s systems or has already migrated to T-Mobile. Customers should confirm which company currently manages their account before escalating.

Step 1: Contact UScellular Customer Service

If your account still operates as a UScellular account, call 888-944-9400 or dial 611 from your UScellular phone. Explain the billing, service, device, coverage, payment, or account problem clearly and ask the representative to document the issue. Keep the date, representative name, and any case or reference number.

Step 2: Visit a Participating UScellular Store

Existing customers can still visit participating UScellular locations for account, billing, and service support while migration is underway. Bring the account owner or authorized user, account PIN, identification, and relevant receipts or device information. T-Mobile has confirmed that many locations continue supporting UScellular accounts during the transition.

Step 3: Request Supervisor or Account Review

If the first contact does not resolve the matter, ask for supervisor review. For disputed charges, device financing, number-porting issues, service cancellation, or recurring billing, provide copies of bills and a concise timeline. If the account has migrated, use the T-Mobile support instructions supplied during the transition.

Step 4: Contact T-Mobile After Migration

Once UScellular notifies you that your account has moved to T-Mobile, use T-Mobile Customer Care by dialing 611 or calling 1-800-937-8997. Explain the previous UScellular complaint and provide any case history so the new support team can review the account after migration.

Step 5: File an Appropriate External Complaint if Necessary

Unresolved wireless-service, number-porting, billing, accessibility, or telecommunications complaints may be submitted to the Federal Communications Commission or the appropriate state consumer-protection authority. Payment disputes may also involve the card issuer or financial institution used for billing. Keep copies of bills, support chats, store receipts, migration notices, and previous complaint records before escalating.
