I went to Chillicothe, Ohio 45601 rural king to purchase some different feed for my rabbit and goat and when I checked out the cashier told me I shouldn’t purchase the alfalfa/orchard grass 50 pound bundle that I had in my cart because it’s to expensive and I can’t believe that she is trying to hurt your business by saying that because she didn’t suggest anything else to me. So if you care about making sells I would do some retraining and better hiring from the inside out. I will always go to waverly Ohio to do my shopping from here on out because that’s not the first time I’ve dealt with the poor customer service at Chillicothe ohio rural king. I was born and raised in Chillicothe Oh and would rather shop there so please address this reoccurring problem. Thank you

Circleville store had glue traps under every shelf along with rat poison. A bird was stuck on one and I got laughed at from employees cause I was trying to save it. They added bird seed onto the traps to lure birds on there. Employees said everytime they get on the trap they can’t save them. Wrong!!!
