The customer service has been absolutely terrible. I made a reservation online and for some reason the reservation system had the wrong day. I was charged for the hotel for a night calling it a know show. I was never intending on being there this day. I was not sent an email and I was not notified of this until I received my bill on my credit card. I have called, emailed and tried to get in touch countless times with no success. I finally just spoke with Zak, the manager, and he did nothing other than repeat everything I had already said. I’m truly shocked at the unethical way Hyatt has chosen to handle this. I thought more of the Hyatt Corporation, however; this is disgraceful.

I am also disgusted! Since May 2023 I have not had an agreeable resolution to non working toilet, missing peephole, broken bathroom door latch and broken night shade. Hyatt actually charged us for an extra room! Disgraceful!
